Warranty Notice (United States)
ValueX Store products are covered by a limited warranty provided by the manufacturer, where applicable. Warranty coverage, duration, and terms may vary depending on the specific product and manufacturer policies.
This warranty applies only to defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper handling, accidents, unauthorized modifications, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow product instructions.
ValueX Store does not provide its own independent warranty unless explicitly stated on the product page. In cases where a manufacturer warranty is available, we will assist customers with warranty claims by coordinating with the supplier or manufacturer.
To submit a warranty request, customers must provide:
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
- Photos or video showing the defect
- A detailed description of the issue
Warranty claims are subject to review and approval by the manufacturer or supplier. Replacement, repair, or refund decisions are determined according to the applicable warranty policy.
This Warranty Notice does not affect any rights that may be available under applicable consumer protection laws.
